The legal instrument known as a Power of Attorney is used to delegate legal authority from one person to another. The Deeb Law Firm is here to assist you in giving such legal authority to another person (referred to as your Attorney-in-Fact) to make property, financial and other legal decisions for you.
You can give broad legal authority to an Attorney-in-Fact, or very limited authority. The Power of Attorney can be used to help you in the event of an illness or disability, or in legal transactions where you cannot be present to sign the necessary legal documents (such as a real estate transaction).
We provide Free Designations of Health Care Surrogates as a courtesy to all of our current clients. If you would like to learn more about a Durable Powers of Attorney, please contact us.
