Kevin L. Deeb, real estate, condominium and civil litigation attorney for the Deeb Law Firm received his Bachelor of Science in Finance from The Florida State University (Tallahassee, Florida) in 1990 and his Juris Doctor from the Catholic University of America (Washington, D.C.) in 1995. Mr. Deeb is a member in good standing of the Florida Bar and is duly admitted and qualified to practice in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida. Mr. Deeb has over 10 years of experience in commercial real estate development law, condominium law and civil and commercial litigation. His memberships and affiliations have included the American Bar Association, Dade County Bar Association, Coral Gables Bar Association and the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce. Mr. Deeb is a title insurance agent for Attorney’s Title Insurance Fund, Inc. and Lawyer’s Title Insurance, Inc. and also holds a Real Estate Salesman License, Mortgage Broker License and is a registered Real Estate Appraiser. Additionally, Mr. Deeb was a panel member of the Florida Lawyer’s Legal Insurance Corporation, a member of the Real Property, Probate and Trust Section of the Florida Bar, and is currently a Board Committee Member of the Miami-Dade County Unsafe Structures Board for the county's Code Compliance Department and the City of Miami Housing and Finance Committee assisting the city’s Business Development Department. In 2004, Mr. Deeb was the Chairman of the Political Action Committee for the Realtor’s Association of Greater Miami and the Beaches (RPAC). He is currently a Board Director of the South Miami Kendall Bar Association where he is heading the Pro Bono Section of the bar and a Director of the Lawyer's Section of the Belen Jesuit Preparatory High School Alumni Association.
